Robert J. Boeri is a senior ECM consultant for Guident Technologies. He has more than 30 years of experience as a publishing and content management systems professional in both the private and public sectors.

Paula J. Hane is news bureau chief for Information Today, Inc. and is responsible for the news coverage on the Infotoday.com website. She writes a monthly column for Information Today, as well as feature articles and interviews.

  
Jarrod Gingras is an analyst for The Real Story Group, covering enterprise information technologies including multichannel publishing, web content management, and ECM. Gingras has also worked as a user interface designer at a systems integration firm, where he developed user-focused content management strategies and solutions for clients.
Michelle Manafy serves as editorial director, Enterprise Group, for Information Today, Inc. In this role, she is editor-in-chief for EContent and the Intranets newsletter. She is the chair of the Enterpirse Search Summits and Buying & Selling eContent conference.
Ron Miller is a freelance technology journalist, contributing editor at EContent magazine, and a blogger at Internet Evolution, where he writes the TechTreasures by Ron Miller blog. He is also the editor of Fierce Content Management and co-founder of socmedia101.com.
Marydee Ojala edits ONLINE: Exploring Technology & Resources for Information Professionals and writes its business research column, Dollar Sign. She is responsible for program planning for Web Search University and Internet Librarian International.
Steve Sieck has more than 25 years of experience helping the world's leading content and enabling technology providers develop new products, enter new markets, make strategic investment decisions, and align organizational resources with strategic objectives.
Steve Smith is a digital media consultant, columnist, and writer for a number of publications, including Media and OMMA magazines, and Media Industry Newsletter. Throughout the internet bubble years, he wrote and edited "Min's New Media Report," where he covered new and old media.
Martin White is managing director of Intranet Focus Ltd., based in Horsham, U.K. An information scientist by profession, White consults on the design and management of intranets and extranets and on the specification and selection of content management and search software.
