San Diego-based business software company Anacomp, Inc. sold its document review software, CaseLogistix, to Thomson Reuters for an undisclosed sum. CaseLogistix provides document review, data ingestion and production tools to help litigation teams manage the electronic discovery review process. Its acquisition is part of a Thomson Reuters strategy to improve its litigation services. Thomson Reuters will incorporate the document review software into its Westlaw Litigator package.
