NewspaperDirect, a technology company specializing in the global delivery of printed and online replicas of same-day of newspapers, has expanded its roster of publishing partners by signing agreements with two daily newspapers, the Toronto Star and Boston Herald. These new additions to the company's library of newspapers follows recent distribution deals with the Tampa Tribune (USA), Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (USA), Guardian (UK), Observer (UK), and Ha'aretz (Israel) , bringing the total number of NewspaperDirect offerings to more than 185. Other publications distributed by NewspaperDirect include: The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Los Angeles Times, and Chicago Tribune.
All of NewspaperDirect's print offerings are reproductions of the original locally printed editions, delivered via laser-printers in an 11"x17" (A3) format. The service is currently available through NewspaperDirect's network of international partners and licensees, including hotel chains, cruise lines, airlines, and retail outlets. NewspaperDirect's online newspaper portal, www.pressdisplay.com, delivers digital newspaper replicas directly to a consumer's browser without requiring any additional software or downloads. The site enables registered users to have instant access to the entire library of newspapers, and to read any selection of titles.
