Brightcove Inc. announced the general availability of Brightcove 4, a new release of the company's online video platform.

Brightcove 4 introduces several new features, including support for native iPhone video application development, expanded live streaming capabilities, advanced analytics, and new resources for video distribution, monetization and custom online video applications.

Brightcove also introduced the new Brightcove Express edition, which is priced starting at $99 per month with no annual contract.
