Digital audiobook and ebook distributor OverDrive has announced the release of the first in a series of free digital book applications for mobile devices. The application, OverDrive Media Console for Windows Mobile, enables users with Windows Mobile phones-such as Palm Treo and Samsung Jack-to wirelessly download audiobooks, music, and video to their devices. OverDrive Media Console allows audiobook readers to download from thousands of libraries, including Barnes & Noble and Borders.
