SwiftKnowledge, LLC, a provider of web-based business intelligence (BI) software, announced the purchase of essentially all of the assets of SwiftKnowledge, Inc., including all of its intellectual property, by Robert Olson, founder, chairman of the board, and CEO for Stellent, Inc. SwiftKnowledge will focus on specific vertical markets – such as banking – for which the company offers integrated solutions consisting of pre-packaged applications and configured components.
