SkillSoft, SumTotal Systems, Inc., and Eedo Knowledgeware they are partnering to evolve standards to meet their customers’ needs through SkillSoft's Open Learning Services Architecture (OLSA). OLSA is a web services-based, dynamic content solution for enterprise e-learning systems. The partnership, comprised of a content provider, LMS, and LCMS vendors (SkillSoft, SumTotal, and Eedo, respectively), is working with the Aviation Industry CBT Committee (AICC) to further develop their Content Services Architecture (CSA). SkillSoft has offered OLSA APIs for submission to CSA (formerly SDA). The submission process is currently ongoing.
